We are looking for a Lead Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational core of our marketing department. Your primary objective is to transform complex, fragmented marketing workflows into a structured, scalable, and measurable system—from standardizing launches in new GEOs to automating routine tasks and establishing a centralized Knowledge Base. In this role, you will: 1. Marketing Operations & Process Architecture Audit current processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and build clear cross-functional workflows across Acquisition, CRM, SEO, Affiliates, Brand, Influencer Marketing, Analytics, and Product. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and frameworks for launching new products, campaigns, and market entries (GEOs). Identify and implement process automation opportunities, including the adoption of AI-driven tools. 2. Cross-Functional Project Management Maintain and drive the strategic marketing roadmap, keeping projects on track and controlling priorities and deadlines. Establish regular operational cadences (status syncs, retrospectives, alignment meetings). Ensure seamless coordination and clear communication between marketing, product management, and PMO units. 3. Knowledge Management Build, organize, and maintain a centralized Knowledge Base (Notion, Confluence, or similar) for the marketing department. Document core workflows, guidelines, standards, and a growing library of best practices. Develop and manage a structured operational onboarding process for new team members. Skills you’ll need to bring: Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, PMO, or Senior Project Management within scale-up or enterprise product environments. Systems Thinking: Strong track record of building scalable processes, frameworks, and operational documentation from scratch. Project Management Expertise: Hands-on mastery of task management platforms (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) and modern operational frameworks. Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and drive operational change smoothly. Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or fluent English. Nice to have: Direct experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting / Crypto .
