- This is a long-term, fully remote, full-time contract which will work according to a GMT-7 business hours schedule. You may be based anywhere as long as you possess the professional qualities, work ethic, equipment, and reliable Internet needed to work remotely.

The Role
We are looking for the right IT Project Manager to join our project management team and help create value for our customers and teams. You should be deeply experienced with managing customers’ systems and networking projects from initiation to close, from gathering requirements in pre-sales calls to ensuring implementation of designed solutions. You will simultaneously manage multiple small and medium IT projects, coordinating individuals on different technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for assigned projects, actively driving them to completion within each project’s constraints and resolving problems
- Effectively manage, monitor, and document project constraints including scope, time, resources, risks, and quality
- Manage project lifecycles, communicate status and roadblocks promptly, ensure all project resources are meeting deadlines, and complete projects to internal and customer satisfaction
- Create, document, and close projects and tasks using project management tools, updating status and details daily
- Learn and understand the company's products and services
- Analyze customers’ networking and infrastructure with engineering teams, recommending solutions to IT inefficiencies and weaknesses
- Coordinate and lead meetings with customers, engineers, managers, sales, and other stakeholders to advance projects and tasks towards completion
- Understand and answer technical questions during customer status meetings
- Ensure clear communication, efficiency, and thoroughness in meetings
- Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT project management experience, leading numerous successful implementations involving infrastructure, data centers, networking, servers, cloud, and desktops
- A background in network engineering, systems engineering, or IT support
- Excellent English written and verbal communication (C1 minimum, bilingual fluency preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA series or equivalent knowledge preferred

- Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices
- A broad understanding of IT infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Wireless (802.11x), TCP/IP, Layer 2 (VLAN), and Layer 3/4 filtering
- Managed infrastructure, physical and virtual server architecture, VMWare / virtualization / VDI
- Desktop support and service desk
- Cyber security technologies (AV, DNS, Web filtering, Firewalls, VPNs, Encryption, EDR)
- VoIP / SIP migration
- Colocation, data centers, cabling
Compensation and Benefits:
Selected candidates' job grade and total compensation will be determined by the evaluation of factors including relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, geographic location, and English mastery. Contractors who complete the first 90 days of employment will be eligible for Paid Time Off of up to 10 vacation/personal days, 5 sick days, birthdays off, and 8 US holidays each year.
