Job Description: We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn IT Intern who is proficient in both Italian and English to support our IT team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or career switcher looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting in a corporate environment. This is a fixed-term internship (e.g., 6 months) with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees (onsite and remote), including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with user account creation and management in Active Directory. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.). Help document IT procedures and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. Participate in ongoing IT projects under the guidance of senior team members. Assist with routine tasks such as patch management, system updates, and backup checks. Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction. Provide high-quality, customer-focused IT support, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Offer occasional support to senior leadership and executives, ensuring discretion and responsiveness. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Basic understanding of IT systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, MacOS, and networking concepts. Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMWare. A keen interest in technology and eagerness to learn in a real-world IT environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and adapt in a dynamic workplace. Previous internship, part-time experience, or relevant experience from a career switch into IT (optional but appreciated).
