IT Lead (Audio Visual / AV) | N1

A Global Real estate firm is looking for both IT Lead and Senior IT Lead employees to work within their Technology Services division (IT Service Operations & Improvement Team for All Domestic Locations, Audio Visual focus).

The successful candidates will collaborate with other departments such as IT Pre-Sales and Solutions, Security, Network Engineering, Community, and Growth. As Technology Leads, you will be responsible for the stable operation and continuous improvement of IT services (including AV equipment, printing, IP telephony, etc.) deployed across all domestic locations/workspaces.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations of IT services and equipment across all domestic locations (AV, printing, IP telephony, guest check-in devices, etc.), and propose improvements based on future vision

- Take primary responsibility for Audio Visual services in lounges, meeting rooms, and seminar rooms, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement

- Act as the lead responder during incidents, handling coordination and reporting to stakeholders

- Collaborate with outsourced Tier 1/2 support teams, develop operational procedures, and provide high-quality Tier 3 support

- Manage vendors, procurement, payments, and internal approval processes accurately

- Support, mentor, and guide team members

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in building, operating, and incident response for AV systems (displays, projectors, audio systems, DSP, etc.)

- Ability to independently create incident response roadmaps, facilitate resolution, and manage customer communication

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN, with the ability to coordinate with network engineering teams

- Leadership experience in service operations, including incident handling, escalation, and service improvement planning

- Ability to independently escalate and report to customers and senior management

- Practical experience in project management (planning, cost estimation, progress management)

- Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical information to a wide range of end users

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions autonomously

Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri

Working Style: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, other WFH)
