IT Manager

BET Pharma Kft. provides integrated pharmaceutical services for its domestic and international partners with a professional team of 90 at its Budaörs headquarters. Our activities range from pharmaceutical import and quality assurance to warehouse logistics and distribution, extending to IT solutions, providing comprehensive support for our partners' operations. We work in a strictly regulated environment where IT systems are a crucial part of daily logistics, quality assurance, and business processes. In addition to our own developed and external IT solutions, we continuously expand our system integration, data management, and AI capabilities. The IT Manager coordinates the work of the internal IT team and external IT partners in cooperation with the company management and business areas, supports the reliable operation of IT systems, and participates in the introduction of new systems, technologies, and IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of the current 3-member internal IT team.
• Coordination of the work of external IT service providers and experts.
• Ensuring the stable, secure, and business-supporting operation of the company's IT systems.
• Prioritization and tracking of IT errors, user needs, and development tasks.
• Coordination of IT developments, system implementations, and smaller projects.
• Collaboration with quality assurance, warehousing, logistics, and other business areas.
• Assessment of business needs and coordination of their transformation into IT tasks.
• Participation in the introduction of system integration, digitization, and AI solutions.
• Supervision of information security, backup, access management, and essential business continuity processes.
• Support for the creation, modernization, and upkeep of processes and documentation related to IT operations.
• Strengthening the IT and digital competencies of employees.
• Participation in the expansion and modernization of BET Pharma Kft.'s IT services, systems, and solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• 2-5 years of experience
• Higher education in IT, engineering, or related field, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a corporate IT environment.
• General knowledge of the operation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Experience in project, task, or team coordination.
• Ability to prioritize multiple parallel tasks appropriately.
• Business and solution-oriented thinking.
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
