IT Operations Associate II

IT Operations Monitoring wide range of applications Must have good knowledge in spoken and written English Works with a moderate degree of supervision Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift) Minimum of 1– 2 years of progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of applications as Support personnel and with customer service experience Job Description : Monitoring , Troubleshoot and provide support on Applications Works within established procedures and practices. May perform one or more of the following: Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Production application Production servers ServiceNow or similar ticketing system Participate in performance monitoring and optimization Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
