IT Operations Engineer

This hybrid role supports a fast-growing global organization by delivering reliable, secure, and user-focused IT operations. You’ll work across hardware, SaaS platforms, and collaboration tools to help employees stay productive, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve our internal IT environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day IT operations, providing assistance to both in-office and remote employees Administer and troubleshoot macOS systems, laptops, and peripherals Manage and support SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack) Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk Resolve issues via a ticketing system and support channels (chat, email, in person) Capable of running and completing complex projects Bring up areas of improvement and strategies within existing tools Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support Lead employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning and hardware setup Requirements Ample Experience with ticketing tools and automation-based tools Hardware and Operating System support experience macOS support and administration Experience with SaaS platforms and user management (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack) 3+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or Engineer role Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen Nice to have Experience working in a startup / fast-paced environment a plus Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management) and automation tools Experience with Jamf Additional Information for European Union Applicants: Bitsight is committed to full pay transparency in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
