IT Operations Manager - Ireland Become Part of Our Story IT Operations Manager – Ireland (Multi-Site) Location: Shercock, County Cavan (Hybrid – across Manor Farm sites) About the Role Manor Farm is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead IT service delivery across our Irish production sites and offices. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring secure, stable and high-performing IT operations that support business continuity and production uptime. Working as part of the wider Group IT team, you will play a critical role in driving standardisation, service excellence and continuous improvement across all sites. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites, including infrastructure, networks and service desk support Ensure high-quality IT service delivery and strong SLA performance across all locations Own incident, problem and change management processes in line with ITIL best practice Manage the full IT infrastructure lifecycle including upgrades, maintenance and decommissioning Partner with site and production teams to support operational uptime and business performance Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across IT systems and processes Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance Ensure compliance with IT security, governance and regulatory requirements Lead, develop and support the IT team across Ireland Monitor KPIs, manage budgets and report on service performance and risks About You 5+ years’ experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Service Delivery Strong experience managing multi-site environments and distributed teams Proven ability to manage vendors and external service providers Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable) Ability to balance local business needs with global IT standards Qualifications (Desirable) Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field ITIL v4 Foundation Microsoft 365 / Azure certification Cybersecurity certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and Microsoft 365 Excellent prioritisation and decision-making ability A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency Ability to lead across multiple locations and influence at all levels Why Join Manor Farm Key leadership role within a growing, multi-site organisation Opportunity to influence IT strategy and service delivery across Ireland Collaborative environment within a wider Group IT function Apply Now If you are an experienced IT leader looking to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site business, we would love to hear from you.
