We are looking for an experienced Rollout Manager / Project Manager to lead the deployment of strategic digital solutions across the UK & Ireland within the Fertility business of a global pharmaceutical company. You will be responsible for coordinating local implementation activities, aligning global product teams with regional business stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of multiple enterprise digital solutions. This is a highly visible role requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills in a multinational healthcare environment. Products in Scope You will support the rollout of several strategic digital products, including: CRM Platform Customer Engagement Platform Marketing Automation Platform Medical Information Solutions Consent & Preference Management Digital Patient Support Solutions Commercial Excellence Solutions Analytics & Reporting Platforms Enterprise Integrations Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of digital solution rollouts across the UK & Ireland. Act as the primary liaison between global product teams and local business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Develop and maintain detailed rollout plans, timelines, governance, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate local implementation activities, ensuring business readiness before each deployment. Manage data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and hypercare activities. Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to maximize user adoption. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Product Management, Vendors, and Local Affiliates. Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Define and monitor rollout KPIs, including adoption, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and data protection requirements. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Rollout Manager, Implementation Manager, or Digital Transformation Manager. Proven experience delivering enterprise digital or IT solution rollouts within multinational organizations. Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Digital Health experience is mandatory. Strong experience managing cross-functional international projects. Demonstrated success coordinating global and local stakeholders. Experience with data migration, enterprise system integration, and change management. Strong governance, planning, and risk management skills. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
