Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Portfolio Project Manager in Netcompany?

As an IT Portfolio Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage large-scale IT portfolio implementations, ensuring direct alignment with business strategies, drivers, and leadership priorities.
  • Define, implement, and monitor IT governance processes, procedures, standards, and PMO/PPO support frameworks across complex programs.
  • Direct project strategies at the architectural level, evaluating technical deliverables, conducting risk analyses, and driving quality control.
  • Act as the final authority on product priorities, functionality, and business value within agile delivery environments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate architecture boards, agile sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional stakeholder meetings to ensure decision clarity.
  • Coach and mentor project leads and architecture communities, driving portfolio rationalization and IT cost-optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to establish business, technical, solution, and data models reflecting organizational goals.
  • Direct agile project teams, guide business analysts, and facilitate seamless end-to-end product acceptance by business stakeholders.

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent Level 7 EQF / 5+ years of higher education) and at least 8 years of IT experience, with significant portfolio management expertise.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience defining IT governance, setting up PMOs, and customizing PM/program methodologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management and portfolio management tools (MS Project Server, Jira, Confluence, BigPicture).
  • Minimum 3 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman) and modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, ARIS).
  • Hands-on experience supervising business analysts, driving Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and facilitating live product demonstrations.
  • Mandatory certifications: Dual certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or PM²) AND Agile Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent).
  • Professional fluency in English (B2 level minimum); French (B2 level) is considered a strong advantage.
