About the role:
We’re looking for an IT Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience and a strong background in e-commerce to join our Engineering team.
You’ll work alongside engineers, technical leads, and designers to discover, define, and deliver improvements across shopping, checkout, fulfillment, and transportation journeys. As the product specialist within Engineering, you’ll connect customer needs and business priorities with technical decisions, helping the team build solutions that deliver measurable value.
What you will be working on:
Product Ownership & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap and backlog within the Engineering team, balancing customer value, business priorities, technical dependencies, and engineering capacity.
- Partner with engineering leads to assess feasibility, scope solutions, and address technical improvements that support product performance and scalability.
Product Discovery & UX Research
- Conduct UX and market research, including customer interviews, usability studies, competitor analysis, and customer journey mapping.
- Lead product discovery with engineers and designers, involving them early in problem definition, opportunity assessment, and solution validation.
- Generate and validate product hypotheses through customer research, behavioral data, prototypes, and experiments.
Experimentation, Analytics & Data Quality
- Collaborate with engineers to implement and evaluate A/B tests using GrowthBook, defining success metrics, guardrails, tracking requirements, and decision criteria.
- Analyze product performance using GA4, BigQuery, and Hotjar to identify customer friction and opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and delivery experience.
- Work with engineering and analytics colleagues to consolidate and standardize data sources, establish consistent metric definitions, and identify data and tracking gaps.
- Define and prioritize improvements to Google Tag Manager (GTM), event instrumentation, and data quality, ensuring measurement requirements are included in development work.
Delivery & Iteration
- Translate discovery findings into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, giving engineers the context needed to make implementation decisions.
- Participate in engineering planning, backlog refinement, delivery reviews, and release preparation; clarify requirements and resolve product questions throughout development.
- Evaluate outcomes after release and use findings to guide further iterations.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the Engineering team’s product counterpart for business, operations, and customer-facing stakeholders, communicating priorities, tradeoffs, and results.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of product management experience with digital or IT products, working closely with Engineering teams.
- Proven e-commerce experience across journeys such as shopping, checkout, payments, fulfillment, or delivery.
- Hands-on experience with UX research, product discovery, hypothesis generation, and validation.
- Practical experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including an understanding of statistical significance, sample size, and experiment limitations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, BigQuery, and Hotjar, including SQL proficiency for product analysis.
- Understanding of GTM, event tracking, measurement plans, and data quality.
- Ability to discuss APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies with engineers and translate their implications into product decisions.
- Experience managing backlogs and delivering products within an Agile Engineering team.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
You'll stand out if you also have:
- Experience with GrowthBook, our experimentation platform.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, last-mile delivery, or mobility products.
- Experience consolidating data sources, identifying measurement gaps, and improving GTM implementations.
- Familiarity with integrations across commerce, order management, and transportation systems.
How you will work:
We trust our employees and value autonomy. You will work in a collaborative, impact-driven culture where everyone’s voice is heard and ideas matter more than hierarchy. You will take ownership of your work, suggest improvements, and be encouraged to share your ideas.
What success looks like:
The Engineering team has clear product priorities, validated problems to solve, and measurable acceptance criteria. Discovery and experimentation inform development decisions, reliable analytics support evaluation, and released improvements produce measurable customer and business outcomes.
Location
This position is based at our headquarters in Luxembourg. We embrace a hybrid work model, offering flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration. Ready to take on this challenge and have a good time doing it? Let’s make great things happen together!
See you soon,
Alex
