What You’ll Do: Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects, including transitioning applications and services to Azure. Design and implement Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, including Intune (Endpoint Manager), Defender ATP, Cloud App Security, and Sentinel. Develop automated processes and cloud monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency. Work with multi-tenant environments, Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licensing, and hybrid setups. Stay ahead of Microsoft cloud advancements, ensuring best-in-class solutions for clients. What You Bring: Proven experience in cloud migrations—not just troubleshooting, but actual implementation. Hands-on expertise with O365 migrations, multi-tenant consolidations, BitDefender, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure IaaS, and Intune (MDM). Strong background in Windows Server 2012+, Windows 7/8/10, networking (firewalls, routers, VPNs, LAN/WAN protocols). Experience with Azure policies, IaaS, PaaS, and automation tools. Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required): Cybersecurity knowledge and experience with Microsoft security tools. Understanding of HIPAA, NIST, PCI, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
