Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team! We are looking for an IT Project Manager, with 3 - 7 years of experience for an exciting and challenging position! This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon. Responsibilities Lead small to medium projects or workstreams within a programme/portfolio. Manage the projects using the Change Delivery Framework to agreed time, quality and cost Work with the Project Sponsor to build a robust business case for each project, clearly defining the key outcomes, benefits and measures and submit for approval. Work with the sponsor and business stakeholders to help transform their objectives into tangible deliverables, outcomes, and clearly defined and measurable benefits. Control and management of project budget Proactively manage risks, issues, actions and decisions and appropriately escalate to sponsors/steerco when required. Proactively manage resources, including external vendors and manage and monitor resource demand Continuously assess expected project outcomes to ensure the project will meet the benefits. Close projects, ensuring that we capture key lessons to transition them into continuous improvement. Coach and support less experienced members of the team and business in change management and project delivery. Follow data and security processes. Requirements Experience of successfully delivering change with competing priorities. Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects of differing scale and scope Experience of planning and resource scheduling within the project process Highly results driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast paced environment where the pace of response and leadership is critical to success Strong knowledge and experience of business process improvement and operational efficiency Strong project governance, control, and end-to- end software development life cycle (SDLC) experience Possess strong relationship management and influencing skills. Demonstrable experience of collaborating effectively with people at all levels within and external to the business Awareness of commercial management processes What we offer?
