IT Project Manager – Iberia & Latam

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across Iberia and Latam. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodies
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes and organizational policies
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution and decision-making
• Monitor project financials and support benefits realization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments
• Fluent Spanish and good English level
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP systems
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
• Experience working in matrix organizations and large-scale transformation programs
