本ポジションでは、新しい生命保険商品を市場に投入するための重要な役割を担っていただきます。商品開発、ビジネス、オペレーション、アクチュアリー、コンプライアンス、テクノロジーなど、さまざまな部門と緊密に連携しながら、商品設計からシステム導入、テスト、ローンチまで、複雑な部門横断型プロジェクトをリードしていただきます。

ビジネス目標、規制要件、顧客の期待を満たしながら、プロジェクトを確実に成功へ導くことが期待されます。

業務詳細

- 新しい生命保険商品の開発・導入プロジェクトについて、企画から本番稼働までエンドツーエンドでプロジェクトをリードする。

- 商品のコンセプト策定・設計からローンチ、導入後のサポートまで、商品ライフサイクル全体を通じて商品開発チームおよびビジネス部門のステークホルダーと緊密に連携する。

- プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、予算、リスク、依存関係、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを管理し、プロジェクトを成功に導く。

- ビジネス、商品開発、オペレーション、コンプライアンス、アクチュアリー、テクノロジーなど、複数部門にまたがるチームを調整・統括する。

- 要件定義、ソリューション設計レビュー、システムインテグレーションテスト（SIT）、ユーザー受入テスト（UAT）、本番環境へのリリース・導入を推進する。

- ビジネス目標、規制要件、テクノロジー導入計画の整合性を確保する。

- 社内チームおよび外部ベンダーと連携し、合意されたスケジュールおよび品質基準に沿ってプロジェクトを遂行する。

- 経営層向けのプロジェクト進捗報告、ステアリングコミッティー向け資料、マネジメント向けアップデートを作成する。

- プロジェクト上のリスク、課題、依存関係を特定し、先回りして管理する。

- プロジェクトガバナンス、プロジェクト遂行プロセス、ステークホルダーとの連携方法の継続的な改善に貢献する。

必須スキル

- 生命保険商品の開発または新商品導入プロジェクトをITプロジェクトマネージャーとしてリードした実務経験。商品設計からローンチまでのエンドツーエンドの商品ライフサイクルに関する深い理解を有すること。

- 商品開発、ビジネス、オペレーション、コンプライアンス、アクチュアリー、テクノロジーなど、複数部門にまたがるスコープ、スケジュール、予算、リスク、ベンダー、ステークホルダーの管理経験。

- 保険システムおよびプロジェクト遂行に関する知識。具体的には、保険契約管理システム（Policy Administration Platform）、SIT/UAT、本番環境へのリリース、規制対応、Agile、Waterfall、またはハイブリッド型の開発・導入手法に関する知識

- 日本語：流暢 (JLPT N1レベル）

- 英語：ビジネスレベル

- PMPまたはPRINCE2資格保有者は尚可。

A Global Insurance firm is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic new product implementation initiatives that directly support business growth and innovation.

In this role, you will play a critical part in bringing new life insurance products to market, partnering closely with Product Development, Business, Operations, Actuarial, Compliance, and Technology teams. You will lead complex cross-functional projects from product design through implementation, testing, and launch, ensuring successful delivery while meeting business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for new life insurance product development and implementation initiatives.

- Partner closely with Product Development teams and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch and post-implementation support.

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Actuarial, and Technology functions.

- Drive requirements gathering, solution design reviews, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology delivery plans.

- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Prepare executive-level project reporting, steering committee materials, and management updates.

- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance, delivery processes, and stakeholder engagement practices.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading life insurance product development or new product implementation projects, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle from design through launch.

- Strong project management experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and stakeholders across Product Development, Business, Operations, Compliance, Actuarial, and Technology teams.

- Knowledge of insurance systems and project delivery, including policy administration platforms, SIT/UAT, production deployment, regulatory compliance, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Japanese: High-intermediate and above
