Full-time, dayshift Monday - Friday and this role will have on-call responsibilities. This role will be remote.

Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30Major Responsibilities:
- Provides technical proficiency to support Enterprise Radiation Oncology EMR and integration with Epic. Works closely with Medical Physicists to build / architect and support integration of clinical radiation devices and their integration with our Enterprise Radiation Oncology EMR and EHR.
- Manages client expectations, establishes positive working relationships, and provides excellent clinical customer support for all implementation, system maintenance and on-going support issues. Assists with planning and build to support data security, data migration and data recovery activities.
- Identifies and implements Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) project initiatives, focusing on regulatory and system integration / standardization and process engineering to support safe treatment delivery and clinical EMR and EHR systems. Assists in establishing standards and procedures for use of Enterprise Radiation Oncology EMR, ancillary clinical systems and Enterprise EHR integration. Provides consultation services regarding best practices of deployment with specific emphasis on systemic implementation and process transformation.
- Partners with multidisciplinary clinical teams to execute and drive performance and system improvement opportunities. Assists with testing and implementation / monitoring to support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Prepares documentation for business requirements by using case diagrams, data flow diagrams, data models, and object models to present, discuss and analyze various levels of clinical and technical integration. Develops test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate performance of all functions. Conduct effective unit, integration, system and end-user acceptance testing through execution of the tests, tracking of problem reports and documenting all final outcomes.
- Effectively explains the functioning of Enterprise Radiation Oncology EMR integration with System EHR and clinical treatment delivery systems. Assists users with using the full functionality of all modules and applications within Radiation Oncology.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Aria Administration Credential (with demonstrated proficiency in Aria system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support) obtained within 3 months
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in IT supporting Radiation Oncology (Aria Electronic Medical Record or MosaiQ Electronic Medical Record) and Epic Beacon Radiation Oncology build / maintenance / support experience or equivalent clinical expertise
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Proficient in using Aria, MosaiQ and other applications, operating systems and databases to include the hardware, platform, connectivity, and interface design.
- Ability to work in a fast paced clinical and technical environment with established time constraints and multi-tasking of deliverables and priorities.
- Provides 24x7 On-Call support, includes weekends and holidays.
- Organizational and analytical skills. Strong ability for technical problem solving, logical and organized thinking. Strong problem and issue resolution skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively handle customer contacts.
- Ability to work closely with health care application users, vendors, and technical professionals.
- Proficient in translating user requirements into system specifications. Understanding of change management practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of technical components and how they relate to applications.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit up to 80% of each workday.
- Must be able to perform fine hand manipulation when using computer keyboard.
- Must have ability to perform a considerable amount of work related travel (approximately 40% of time) and therefore may be exposed to road and weather hazards.
- Exposed to normal office environment.
- Must operate all equipment necessary to perform the duties of the job
