We are looking for an Amazing: IT Recruiter

Seniority: 1+

Type of position: Hybrid (2x @ office) - Porto

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
• At least 1 year experience in Recruitment and Selection;
• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills;
• A team player with a spirit of collaboration;
• A person with a good working attitude and commitment;
• Be results-oriented;
• Good level of English and portuguese.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers;
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms;
• Analysis and selection of CV's;
• Phone surveys when necessary.
• Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks;
• Performing and conducting interviews with candidates;
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
