IT Recruiter – Japan

We are looking for a IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Japan.

Location: Japan – Remote

Work Model: 100% Work From Home

Experience: 1–2 years in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

English: Conversational English Mandatory

Employment: Full-time

We are only Considering candidates who are based in Japan

What you’ll do

• Source and identify IT/technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other sourcing channels
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline
• Work closely with our international recruitment team
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in our ATS

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment
• Japanese communication skills
• Currently based in Japan
• Good understanding of the Japanese IT talent market
• Experience using LinkedIn and/or Japanese job portals for sourcing
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
• English communication skills - Required.
