IT Recruiter (LatAm)

Idelsoft, a leading US-based software agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent, with a focus on IT-related positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, while also contributing to client acquisition and relationship management. What You'll Do Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity Conduct client acquisition activities and manage client relationships Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends Contribute to sales and revenue generation efforts What You'll Bring 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on IT-related roles Strong ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult-to-fill positions Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends and common software engineering skill-sets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in ATS and CRM tools Experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools Strong negotiation and influencing skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently Experience in recruiting in the US and LatAm markets Ability to work in the US EST timezone hours Fluent English (C1/C2) skills for effective communication with candidates Additional Requirements Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow Experience in staffing agency environment preferred Benefits 100% remote Competitive Salary in USD + bonus for each hire Unlimited PTOs International team experience Udemy trainings covered by the company $200 - work from home equipment (headphones, keyboard etc.) If you're passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
