IT Recruiter (Part-time)

About Us

Komodo Consulting is a technology and strategy firm specializing in Digital Transformation. Operating in Portugal and Poland, we provide IT Consulting & Nearshore services. We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas:

- Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;

- IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.

The Project

We are seeking an IT Recruiter (Part-time) to work with us.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct first-round interviews with candidates who apply through the company's channels, and assess them following our current recruitment process;

• Run initial interviews for candidates for company projects and for strategic IT roles;

• Source IT professionals when needed to find candidates who fit open positions.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Experience interviewing IT candidates;

• English at B2 level or above;

• Native-level Portuguese (C2);

• Based in Portugal.

• Valued: Experience working at an IT consulting company.

What we offer:

• Part-time role: up to 10 hours per week, flexible according to your availability.

• Pay: base pay proportional to hours worked, plus a performance-based component
