Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Recruiter from a consultancy background at CAREERBLOC. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview processes, managing candidate pipelines, and providing timely feedback to both candidates and clients. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support offer negotiation and onboarding. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, leveraging recruitment tools and platforms, and contributing insights to improve hiring strategies and client satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Candidates should possess IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills to effectively hire for diverse technology roles.
• Candidates should possess Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience working in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.
• Candidates should possess proficiency using ATS systems, job boards, social media, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of current trends in the IT job market and familiarity with common technical roles and skills.
