We are expanding our freelance network and looking for experienced recruiters for both IT and Non-IT hiring. Role Overview: We are looking for Freelance Recruiters with experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment. This is a remote, performance-driven opportunity for professionals who can independently manage sourcing and closures. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networks Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Ensure timely closures and quality hiring Maintain regular updates on pipeline and status Requirements Proven experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment Exposure to hiring in one or more industries: IT / Software / Technical roles BPO / Customer Support Healthcare BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Strong sourcing and screening skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills Benefits Compensation: Attractive per-closure payout Commission-based earnings (no fixed salary) Higher incentives for bulk or niche hiring
