IT SAP EHS Expert - Product Safety

Key Responsibilities : • Manage and enhance SAP EHS applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. • Supporting in solving incidents and bugs • Apply technical expertise to manage, improve, and support existing software applications to ensure business continuity. • Write functional specifications for developers. • Test, validate, and document customizations and development changes. • Collaborate with product managers and HSE experts to analyze business and functional requirements and propose solutions for EHS processes. • Participate as a project member or Project Manager for the development of new software applications. • Support key EHS processes including Product Safety, SDS Authoring and distribution, Dangerous Goods Management, and global label management. • Support Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) Poison Control Notification (PCN), and other registration processes as applicable in the Chemicals industry. Must-Have Skills : • Deep hands-on experience with SAP EHS in areas such as Product Safety, SVT, SVHC, PCN, 3E. • Expertise in SAP EHS Expert Rules setup, modification, and configuration. • Understanding of SAP BW report structure and basic knowledge of SAP BW reports and interfacing. • General SAP EHS customization experience. Additional Valuable Skills: • Knowledge in transversal business capabilities (e.g., Process Safety, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene). • Familiarity with Global Label Management (GLM) and S/4 Product Compliance. • Experience with interfacing, IDocs, and ALE. Language Skills: • Proficiency in English; additional languages are appreciated. Additional Information: • Remote work is allowed.
