We’re looking for a Scrum Master (3–5 years’ experience) to support an agile delivery team, facilitate effective Scrum practices, and help the team deliver a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements. This role offers strong exposure to agile ways of working, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a clear growth path towards broader agile delivery leadership over time.
You will primarily support an agile delivery team by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team ways of working, and supporting predictable delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on agile delivery experience who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and is keen to grow into a stronger agile facilitation and delivery leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support an agile team in delivering a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements.
- Facilitate or support Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coordinate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and maintain a delivery‑ready backlog.
- Help the team plan sprint goals, manage dependencies, and maintain visibility of delivery progress.
- Maintain and improve agile delivery artifacts such as team boards, sprint metrics, impediment logs, and delivery status updates.
- Track progress, identify and escalate risks/blockers, and help remove impediments.
- Communicate clearly with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
- Build a strong understanding of the platform areas that the agile team is responsible for, as also anchor delivery planning and reporting activities for roadmap items in line with established practices within the delivery team
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in agile delivery, project coordination, business analysis, PMO, or similar roles.
- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban, with an understanding of team ceremonies, backlog flow, and continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira / Azure DevOps / similar, plus MS Office.
Skills & Attributes
- Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, agile delivery, and basic project coordination concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to support agile backlog delivery while helping teams manage dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Eager to learn and build a long-term career in agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and continuous improvement.
