Your role
You will implement Lutosa’s cybersecurity policy, covering our two production sites and central offices in Leuze-en-Hainaut and Waregem.
You will also ensure that all security audits are managed effectively and efficiently. This responsibility also extends to Lutosa’s various satellite sites worldwide, including sales and administrative offices.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive company-wide security programme. This role involves designing, implementing and overseeing security measures to protect the organisation’s systems, networks and data against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and maintain security architectures, ensuring that systems and networks are resilient against cyber threats.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Oversee security monitoring, incident response and forensic investigations to quickly detect security breaches and minimise their impact.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) and manage certification processes where required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of awareness and training programmes to familiarise employees with security best practices.
- Assess and manage security risks related to external suppliers and partners.
- Define security policies, procedures and guidelines, and regularly report to management on the security level and incidents.
- Ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues, in accordance with company instructions and rules (participate in training, actively contribute to the prevention policy, comply with food safety guidelines, etc.).
- Comply with environmental protection rules and the rational use of energy resources.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with experience in risk management, threat intelligence and incident response.
- Solid knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft administration and network security.
- Good understanding of information security compliance requirements and certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).
- Experience in security architecture and in-depth risk assessment is an asset.
- Recognised for your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willing to work on average 4 days per week in Leuze and 1 day per week in Waregem.
Languages
You are fluent in French and English.
