Due to expanding revenue, we’re seeking an IT Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) with previous experience at a MSP handling escalated support and project-based work. You will be a key player in their client support team, providing more advanced technical assistance and proactively managing client IT environments. You will handle a wider range of issues, from initial troubleshooting to deeper investigations and resolutions. You’ll be working in hybrid IT environments, managing hardware, software, security compliance, and cloud services. IT Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) Responsibilities: Build strong client relationships and be a key technical contact for smaller clients: Develop trust with clients and become their go-to person for technical support. Guide and mentor the L1 support team: Share your knowledge with junior team members to help them grow professionally.
