IT Senior System Administrator (Managed Services)

The IT Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) is a strategic technical position within the company. This position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer’s IT systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing IT solutions. You will also serve as a Solutions Architect, designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for our clients, particularly focusing on networking, Azure infrastructure, server building, and advanced troubleshooting.

IT Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Qualifications:

• Previous Experience working for a MSP, CSP, or supporting multiple domains concurrently
• Experience performing advanced troubleshooting and administration of servers, networks, and standard business application.
• Experience with ConnectWise and It Glue. Specifically, ConnectWise Manage, Automate (now CW RMM) and IT Glue.
• Experience managing IT projects.
• Experience building technical documents such as SOP’s, runbooks, and roadmaps
• Experience managing and servicing clients through RMM and PSA tools

IT Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Technology Experience:

• Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and 365 and Azure platforms
• Network design and administration (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, VLAN, SDWAN
• Backup and Disaster Recovery – (Acronis and Veeam)
• Virtualization (VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Cybersecurity
• IT Regulatory Compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, NIST, CMMC)
• Cloud platforms, ie AWS, Azure, Private Cloud
• VPN setups – preferably FortiGate
