Due to consistent growth, we are currently seeking a IT Senior System Administrator (MSP/Projects Team) with a background in the MSP industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that is primarily WFH with the occasional need to come into our Houston office. IT Senior System Administrator (MSP/Projects Team) Required Experience: Previous MSP experience required Experience in consulting, ability to work well in multiple client settings. Provide end-to-end client support with a broad-based IT background with a technical understanding of networks, protocols, security configurations, and identity and access management. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Ability to deploy on-premises and cloud-based technology solutions utilizing current security best practices. Ability to configure and deploy multi-factor authentication technologies such as Microsoft MFA and Cisco Duo. Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere. Able to install, configure, maintain, and monitor client server environments with an emphasis on Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022. Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Remote Desktop as well as Microsoft Exchange, both on-premise as well as with Microsoft 365.
