IT Service Owner - Business

The Service Owner Legacy Azure and AD is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, governance, operational performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Nokia’s legacy identity services covering Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory on-premises. The role ensures that Nokia’s hybrid identity services remain stable, secure, well-governed, and operationally sustainable while supporting the transition from legacy directory and authentication services toward modern identity capabilities.

The role acts as the primary service owner across business, security, IAM, workplace, operations, Microsoft, and external service provider interfaces. It is accountable for service strategy, roadmap alignment, service quality, operational readiness, documentation, vendor governance, and service performance.

• Own the end-to-end service lifecycle for legacy Azure AD / Entra ID and AD on-premises services.

• Define and maintain the service roadmap, operating model, governance structure, and service documentation.

• Ensure clear service ownership, service boundaries, and accountability across IAM, Security, Workplace, Operations, and external providers.

• Maintain service pages, runbooks, operational procedures, escalation paths, and support models.

• Drive service improvement, simplification, and risk reduction across the hybrid identity landscape.

• Monitor service health, incidents, recurring issues, changes, and operational risks across the hybrid identity environment.

• Support modernization and decommissioning activities where legacy components can be simplified or replaced.

• Partner with IAM, Cyber Security, and Information Security teams to ensure identity service operations support Nokia security requirements.

• Align with IAM, Security, Workplace, Infrastructure, Network, and Application teams on service dependencies and priorities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, identity services, Microsoft infrastructure, IT operations, or service management.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory Domain Services, hybrid identity, authentication, and directory synchronization.

• Experience with AD domain controllers, GPOs, DNS, trusts, ADFS, Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle processes.

• Experience managing services in a complex global enterprise environment.
