Your mission Maintaining and further developing our trading system as part of a team Providing user support primarily for the trading system, as well as for general hardware and software issues, via phone, email, remote access, or on-site Ensuring data security and system availability, troubleshooting issues, and creating and maintaining system documentation Collaborating on IT projects and developing solution concepts Your profile Completed training in the IT field or comparable training, with professional experience in the IT sector. Experience in the administration of merchandise management systems Practical knowledge of the Microsoft environment and databases (Oracle, including SQL) Ability to work in a team, goal-oriented, independent work style, and a high degree of initiative, as well as quick comprehension Ideally, experience in the energy sector As well good English skills Why us?
