• Workload: 100% (40 hours/week)

Remote Work

• Remote Share: Approximately 20-40% (1-2 days/week after successful handover and onboarding)
• Onsite Requirement: Initial onboarding and regular presence in Schaffhausen production environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Build solutions that support manufacturing operations such as shift handovers and production issue tracking.
• Integrate SQL Server, REST APIs, and machine/production data into applications.
• Work with On-Premises Gateways, connectors, and corporate IT standards.
• Gather requirements directly from production managers, process engineers, and quality engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Manage rollout, user training, support, and continuous improvement.
• Support implementation and administration of third-party shopfloor solutions (e.g., MES platforms).
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
• Progressively take ownership of vendor management and solution assessment activities.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Diploma (HF) in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Microsoft Power Automate
• Proven track record of solutions personally developed and deployed in production environments.
• Programming experience in at least one of:
  • C#
  • JavaScript
  • Python
• Understanding of:
  • Application architecture
  • REST APIs
  • Data modelling
• Basic Microsoft Azure knowledge.
• German: Fluent / Business-proficient (Mandatory).
• English: Good working proficiency.
• Interest in manufacturing and production environments with willingness to work directly on the shop floor.
• Project references and completed Power Platform projects must be provided.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Dataverse expertise.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant).
• PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer).
• AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Experience working with external implementation partners.
• Experience integrating production/machine data.
