¥12.5M–¥14M Base Salary + Bonus | Hybrid Working | Relocation Support

Join a leading global management consulting and technology firm and lead enterprise technology projects for major Japanese clients. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, project leadership and client advisory while collaborating with international teams.

What’s on offer?

• Base salary: ¥12.5M–¥14M per year
• Annual bonus: Up to 15% of base salary
• Housing allowance: ¥135,000 per month
• Sign-on bonus: ¥600,000
• Relocation support: Up to ¥200,000
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the Osaka office, 2 days remotely
• Global exposure: Work with international development teams and senior stakeholders.

The role

• Lead end-to-end technology projects, from requirements definition through implementation.
• Design and deliver solutions across cloud, big data, analytics, enterprise IT and digital transformation.
• Own solution architecture, technical delivery, quality and project risks.
• Work directly with Japanese enterprise clients, presenting solutions and advising stakeholders.
• Coordinate international development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to proposals and business development.

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, systems integration or enterprise IT delivery.
• Proven experience leading complex technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud, data and analytics, enterprise systems or digital transformation.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Japanese and English, with demonstrated experience working directly with Japanese clients in Japanese.
