IT Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless IT operations in a cloud-based environment. Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support to our global team. Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and cloud-based applications. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Administer network workstations using TCP/IP protocols. Manage system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Monitor and optimize network and system performance. Document IT procedures and support requests. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in IT systems and network support (entry-level candidates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply). Professional English level (written and spoken). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). Experience with remote IT tools and ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in cybersecurity or data protection. Familiarity with automation or scripting tools. Previous experience in international or remote teams.
