IT Specialist

We’re looking for an IT Specialist to keep our people equipped, connected, and unblocked. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT requests across the company - from setting up new joiners to keeping our meeting rooms, hardware, and network running smoothly. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role focused on giving every request a fast, clear resolution. You’ll work closely with our IT & Security Operations Lead, escalating architecture- or security-related issues while learning the tools and baselines we use along the way.

Own the internal IT request queue: respond the same day, resolve, and close the loop in writing.

Run joiner, mover and leaver processes end to end: device preparation, account creation, application access, and same-day removal when someone leaves.

Handle access and software licence requests through the approval process.

Manage the hardware lifecycle: ordering, inventory, repairs and secure disposal.

Provide first-line support for our managed device fleet under the baselines we set.

Keep office IT running: meeting rooms, printers, network, AV.

Maintain runbooks and the asset register.

Escalate anything security-related to the IT & Security Operations Lead.

1-2 years in IT support (or a strong internship) and a clear appetite to learn.

Confident supporting end-user devices in a centrally managed environment.

Comfortable with a cloud productivity suite as an admin, not only a user.

Familiar with single sign-on and device management concepts; specific tools are learnable.

Writes things down, closes tickets, and tells people what’s happening.

Clear English; Estonian is a plus for the office side.

Calm and friendly with colleagues who are waiting on you.

Experience with a service desk or ticketing tool.

Exposure to an enterprise identity provider or a device management platform.

Basic scripting or workflow automation.

Basic knowledge of meeting-room AV.

Awareness of ISO 27001, SOC 2 or PCI DSS, and why access is removed the day someone leaves.
