Key Objectives
Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users across the organization.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance productivity.
Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed throughout IT operations.
Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Assist with user account management, including access permissions and password resets.
Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of support activities.
Support IT projects such as system upgrades, rollouts, and software deployments.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to staff on technology use and best practices.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with common software applications, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
