The National Pan-Hellenic Council, Incorporated (NPHC) is composed of nine international Greek-letter sororities and fraternities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. NPHC promotes interaction through forums, meetings, and other mediums, coordinating programs and initiatives for its member organizations to support community action and organizational growth across the United States.

Your role as an IT Support Specialist

You will provide technical assistance and problem resolution for users across the organization, maintaining smooth daily technology operations.

Requirements

• Dedication to 40 hours per week of dedicated support availability

• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

Your first months at National Pan-Hellenic Council

During your first month under a standard probation period, you will have resolved routine technical support tickets, familiarized yourself with internal systems, and established direct communication channels with staff members needing assistance.
