Follow the link to find out more information: Job Purpose: The IT Support Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and operation of IT services across the organization’s offices, in alignment with HQ IT guidelines. Responsibilities/Results The job holder: Is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and continuous operation of IT infrastructure across office locations, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and compliance with HQ standards. Oversees IT assets, infrastructure lifecycle, and coordination of external vendors and service providers, including maintenance activities for systems, servers, networks, and telecommunications. Manages IT suppliers and service partners, including performance monitoring, coordination, and support in service delivery and negotiations. Ensures adherence to IT security and cybersecurity policies, acting as the local coordination point for related communications and escalations. Supports IT project implementation within the office environment and ensures operational readiness of new systems and services. Acts as the local liaison with HQ Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity teams, as well as relevant external authorities, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of IT-related matters. Supervises one IT Support Administrator and provides day-to-day coordination of local IT support activities.
