As we continue to expand, we are looking to strengthen our IT team with a proactive and skilled IT Support & System Administrator. This role is vital to maintaining a secure, efficient and resilient IT environment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Hardware & Software Management Maintain and manage company IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals and network equipment. Track document and update inventory of IT hardware and software assets. Configure and deploy hardware and software for new and existing employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. System Administration Manage domain services, including user account setup, group policies, and permission structures. Administer corporate email systems (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google workspace) ensuring availability and security. Conduct regular backups and system updates to maintain data integrity and system performance. CRM & Business Applications Support Provide administration and support for CRM platforms and other business-critical tools. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. IT Support Provide timely and professional support to internal users for technical issues involving hardware, software and network systems Identify, diagnose and resolve incidents effectively, escalating where necessary. Educate and guide staff on best practices related to IT systems and cybersecurity. Security & Compliance Ensure IT systems are compliant with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor and respond to potential security threats, implementing preventive measures as required. Documentation & Reporting Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, IT policies and system configurations. Generate reports on IT operations, incident trends and inventory status. Candidate Requirements Essential Proven experience managing IT hardware, software and network infrastructure. Solid understanding of Windows domain services, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and enterprise applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Desirable Experience using ticketing systems for IT support (e.g. Jira, Zendesk). Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V), Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and relevant tools. Professional certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) will be considered an asset.
