Core skills Windows Administration Active Directory Technical Support Cloud Systems Backup Systems Troubleshooting Service Desk Documentation Identity Access Management Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory management Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure Strong troubleshooting skills in a Microsoft environment Ability to create and maintain technical documentation Experience with backup solutions like Veritas NetBackup Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk operations US citizenship or valid work authorization TS/SCI clearance required for certain roles Preferred qualifications Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune Knowledge of scripting for automation Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in a multi-platform environment (Windows and macOS)
