You will review tickets, monitor dashboards, and respond to incidents promptly. You will handle any escalate ticket and assist with special projects as assigned. IT System Administrator (Hybrid) – MSP Experience: Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Monitoring Software (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Datto) Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Window Server, DNS, DHCP VPN Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, Firewalls, VMWare servers, Citrix servers, Printer Servers, and Office 365 Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Email Support and Mailbox Administration Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each ticket Experience with servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices General knowledge in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows and Mac Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
