Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administration and continuous development of our Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
- User, permission, and license management
- Creation and administration of SharePoint sites, including permission and storage management
- First point of contact for users regarding all Microsoft 365-related questions and issues
- Troubleshooting, problem resolution, documentation, and support within the 2nd-level support team
- Administration and maintenance of our archiving solution
- Participation in the introduction and implementation of global IT solutions
- Active contribution to future digitalization initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Profile
- Completed higher education in Information Technology or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a Microsoft 365 and/or IT administration environment
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
- Good understanding of the interaction between Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform
- Experience with PowerShell, ShareGate, Microsoft Azure, and AvePoint Opus is considered an asset
- Good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with an interest in new and emerging technologies

Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3,267.00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
