As a IT System Engineer – Hybrid Workplace, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the hybrid infrastructure solutions for our cloud service provider. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best possible solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and security.

IT System Engineer – Hybrid Workplace Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain zero trust security solutions for clients.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay current with the latest security trends and technologies and proactively recommend new solutions to clients.
• Provide exceptional technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Interface with customers, independent auditors, C-Level Executives, VPs, and Directors of Technology, Information Security, Business Technology, and 3rd party vendors.

IT System Engineer – Hybrid Workplace Requirements:

• Experience working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Hands-on experience implementing and designing infrastructures from the ground up
• Experience with Firewall configurations and deployments
• Understanding of networking: (TCP/IP, LAN / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching)
• Experience monitoring security incidents
• Experience using an RMM tool, such as ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, etc.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix Virtualization skills, and Networking experience
