IT System Engineer (m/w/d)

## About the Role

ROCKEN AG is seeking a **Junior IT System Engineer** to support and maintain customer IT environments through both remote support and onsite service. The role focuses on ensuring stable IT infrastructure operations, installing and configuring hardware and systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting Microsoft, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of **IT administration and technical support**, practical experience with IT system installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting, and strong German and English skills. Because the position includes onsite customer support, a **Category B driver's license** is required.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide **remote IT support** and onsite support for customer environments.

- Monitor, maintain, and help ensure stable IT infrastructure operations.

- Install and configure:

- Servers

- PCs

- Laptops

- Peripheral devices

- Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure reliable system operations.

- Support the administration and further development of **Microsoft, VMware, and Hyper-V environments**.

- Perform IT system installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

## Required Qualifications
