What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain client server infrastructures, including security updates and patches.
• Handle escalated tickets for complex desktop, server, and network issues.
• Deploy and configure Hyper-V, VMware, Azure AD, and Active Directory environments.
• Lead projects such as Azure AD migrations and new server deployments.
• Provide top-tier client support through phone, remote, and onsite interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for ticket resolution and project tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of IT support experience (MSP preferred).
• Strong Hyper-V expertise (80% of role) – must be able to spin up servers.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Entra ID migrations, networking, or scripting experience.
