IT Systems Engineer - Fintech - Amsterdam

For a leading fintech company in Amsterdam, we're looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer who is ready to take full ownership of the internal IT environment.

This isn't your typical IT support role. You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, implement smart solutions, and build an IT infrastructure that can scale with a growing business.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and manage the internal IT environment end-to-end food 100+ employees.
• Manage macOS devices, MDM, identity and access management.
• Work with technologies such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Atlassian.
• Improve IT processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain office networking, VPNs, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Security and Finance on compliance and security.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

What you’ll bring:

• A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Someone who enjoys both hands-on troubleshooting and building scalable processes.
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus.

Because of the impact of this job it will be required to be in the office 4 days a week.
