IT Technical Specialist

What you’ll do: Deliver qualitative IT support related to IT services and tools for internal users. Act as the first point of contact for all IT user-related queries via phone, chat, and web forms. Support users in navigating applications and resolving day-to-day IT issues. Represent the voice of IT by ensuring a service-minded, customer-oriented user experience. What will help you thrive in this role: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Lithuanian , both spoken and written. Basic computer knowledge and hands-on experience, including operating systems, common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email tools), basic hardware troubleshooting. Previous experience in customer or user support would be a significant advantage.
