IT Technician Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT technician team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role within a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and system security practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Solid understanding of current IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
