A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is embarking on a multi-year transformation programme, modernising core systems, evolving critical business platforms and delivering new products and services across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient IT Test Analyst with strong Insurance and Life & Pensions experience to join an established technology team and play a key role in delivering business-critical system change.

You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and business stakeholders, taking ownership across the full testing lifecycle — from requirements and test design through to defect management, regression testing and release.

With a significant pipeline of transformation and product initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to work across complex systems, contribute to continuous improvement and make a tangible impact within a major Irish financial services organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Define testing strategies, create test cases and execute testing activities.
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
• Assess business and customer impact of system changes and identify risks.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.
• Life 400 experience
