Job Summary: The IT Training Program Administrator is responsible for coordinating, administering, and supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of IT training programs across the organization. This role ensures employees and business partners have access to effective, timely, and relevant training to support the adoption and successful use of enterprise systems and technology solutions. The role also supports the development of a train-the-trainer network and promotes consistent training practices across the organization. Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate the planning, scheduling, administration, and delivery of IT training programs, including instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, and hybrid learning experiences. Serve as the primary program coordinator for training activities supporting enterprise systems, including SAP, infrastructure platforms, and business applications. Partner with HRIS on the enterprise-wide deployment, engagement, and sustainment of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training is accurately deployed, tracked, and maintained. Monitor training participation, completion rates, learner engagement, feedback, and effectiveness metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT leaders, HR, system owners, and business stakeholders to identify training needs, skill gaps, and role-based learning requirements. Coordinate training schedules, logistics, communications, materials, and readiness activities for IT initiatives, system implementations, go-lives, and upgrades. Partner with and support Instructional Design resources to ensure training materials are accurate, user-friendly, current, and aligned with delivery requirements. Support the development and administration of a train-the-trainer network by coordinating resources, standards, facilitator support, and ongoing communication. Coordinate external training vendors and partners as needed, including scheduling, communications, materials, and program administration. Maintain training catalogs, session libraries, facilitator resources, learning materials, user guides, job aids, and other supporting documentation. Support reporting and analysis of training activity, adoption, and effectiveness to provide stakeholders with visibility into program progress and outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve training processes, systems, resources, and learner experiences. Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and effective technology adoption across IT and business teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. At least 3 years of experience in training administration, learning and development, IT training, enterprise systems, or a related field Experience coordinating or supporting training programs, instructor-led training, workshops, or other learning activities Experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise applications, or technology implementations Additional Skills: Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deliverables Ability to build effective working relationships with IT, HR, business stakeholders, and external partners Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Physical Demands: The physical demands and work environment for this role align with those of a standard office setting. While performing job duties, the employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, use hands for handling objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, as well as talk and hear. This role may occasionally require lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. Travel: This position may require travel to other Woodgrain locations, expected travel time is <10%.
