IT Trilingual Recruiter

At Cornerstone Global Partners, we’re seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for U.S. and Canadian clients, with a strong focus on IT and technical positions.

This role is ideal for a professional, client-facing recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple technical searches simultaneously. The recruiter will support hiring across North American markets and will be responsible for recruiting IT talent in Canada, requiring professional fluency in French, English, and Spanish.

⚡What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit and engage IT professionals across the Canadian market in English and French.
• Partner directly with U.S. and Canadian clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple technical searches.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications against client requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and effectively communicate their experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.

💡You are:

• Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
• 2+ Years of experience recruiting for IT and technical roles within the US Market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client-facing experience and ability to build professional relationships
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
